In this role, you will be working closely with the partners and the rest of the team, acting for the firm’s established client base which includes PLCs, SMEs and Start-Ups.

You will be dealing with:
Corporate work, including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Management buy-outs/buy-ins
- Asset sales and purchases
- Venture capital investments
- Company restructuring
- Share incentive and share option schemes
Commercial contract work, including:
- Licensing
- Franchising
- Distribution Agreement
- Supply Agreements
- Company Terms and Conditions
